Some areas are, some maybe not (i.e. weight room near the top, but lack in locker room). We are getting upgrades, but these things are cyclical. When we did major renovations several years ago facilities in the SEC looked much different.

1. Urban was the highest paid coach in the country after 2006
2. Florida went through major renovations in 2008 during Meyer's run.
Urban didn't leave due to Foley, he left because he broke the program and didn't want to put in the time to fix it
