Hurd. Henry is good but the kid has not lived up to his 5 star ranking. Maybe we expected too much from him. He is the softest 240 llb rb I have ever seen.

The maturity gap between the 2 Olines these 2 ran behind is canyon sized.
ETA: Call me a homer but I'd take Hurd. Henry is a freak of nature but he's a little stiff and doesn't really run like a 240 LB RB. Hurd has better balance, more shake, and a wicked stiff arm. He just needs a lane. They both have crazy speed for their size. Hurd is a really good pass catcher too.

Henry would be a back up at LSU. What good is a back that can only run outside when we jam it between the center and the guard half the time.
That being said he is literally incredible on the toss sweep.

Agree. He is at his best on the toss and outside kicks. Sucks between the tackles for a kid his size.

This and the fact Hurd just finished his freshman year make a pretty big difference.
Henry is a beast but I'll take Hurd.

Hurd for a number of reasons. I wouldn't turn down Henry but he's not the same kind of all purpose back Hurd is and I haven't seen him used to do much more than bulldoze straight ahead. I'd also take Yeldon over Henry in a heartbeat.

+1
Yeldon might not be a freak like Henry or TRich but I really like his vision and footwork.

Not with Lane as an OC.
And I would take Henry easily.

Given only those 2 choices. ..Henry
But Chubbs or Fournette over both of those 2 choices

Correct answer is Kamara.

We don't have to choose then. We're gonna have both Hurd and Kamara next season.

For Ole Miss... Hurd.

Henry is far from a bulldozer ....he's a toss sweep specialist so far.

Just commenting on what I've seen but yeah I do remember tosses now that you mention it. I haven't watched every Bama game this year but out of the ones I've watched Henry shone best near the end of games when defenses are tired out.

Gurley was a sweep specialist as well. Nothing wrong with matching up your star RB on corners and letting your OL throw blocks on little guys.
