Dear Bowl games... please reduce ticket prices

I don't know what to say to you. But if you aren't the playoffs, you aren't getting $150 a pop for tickets way away from home.
A crowd of 40K at an NFL venue is silly. Use the supply demand curve from Econ 101 and lower the prices.

Co-signed. Bowl tickets should never be more than normal face for a school unless it's a big 6 bowl.

I was only half joking. It's so easy to get free or below-face tickets to non-BCS bowl games, I'm just shocked when people talk about paying these insane prices for them.

I made the mistake of requesting bowl tickets the past few years...not unless it is a big boy bowl will I do it again at those prices.

If the bowls depended on ticket sales they would do that. They get their money from their TV and Sponsor contracts.
