Dirty water. It comes from having a large river run through much of it. The normal prescription for overlooking New Orlean's shortcomings is heavy drinking, party drugs and illicit activity.


I think it was Faulkner that said N.O. is our only exotic city so if you don't come like it's Bangkok...don't come.
