I suppose it never occurred to you that college football programs would respond to potential sudden schedule needs by negotiating with multiple schools simultaneously, and in advance of certitude of necessity.

Nobody buys the bullshite Baylor is trying to sell, coach said it himself he wants those 3 OOC games to be scrimmages.
