Todd Grantham Monday conference call:
“I’ve always known I was a good coach and knew what I was doing,” said Grantham, speaking on a conference call with reporters on Monday. “If you go back look at the changes we were able to establish and make at the University of Georgia during my time there, we were able to win games, we were able to really put Georgia back on the map for being relevant, we were able to beat Florida three years in a row and do those things. We were 8-1 against Florida, Tennessee and Auburn the last three years, 3-0 against Georgia Tech. Those things are important.”

That being said, He has a very fast group at Louisville.

Huh? So you're "marketing yourself" right after you get a pay raise with 5 year guaranteed contract?

Personally anything was an upgrade from Willie Martinez.I don't really like Grantham and I would love it if we hung about 60 on their asses...

I remember Grantham getting a lot of love when we hired him...now he is widely recognized as the incompetent prick he has always been. When Louisville has a single piece of the puzzle missing due to injury or missing a targeted recruit they will see Third and Grantham in all of his glory.
I also remember catching some flack when I realized Grantham was not a college coach and a classless bastard to boot. If he could coach his way out of a paper sack his being a classless bastard could be over looked and even viewed as a lovable trait...but being a loser and a classless bastard is just too much to overcome....
