With rumors being circulated that UF is interested in Freeze I have to ask, which is currently the better job? UF has much more tradition, but Hugh has done a nice job bringing in talent to Ole Miss and if he can find a Qb should be a contender in the west again next season.

UF is one of the top 3 jobs in America. The answer is obvious

Florida. Ole Miss will never dominate the West. UF will be a major player in the east

Is this a serious question?

Let's see.
Recruiting: Florida - much more talent just laying around in that state
Competition: Florida - much easier in the West and no Saban every day.
Facilities- Florida- not the best but better
Oxford or Gainesville for family stuff- Gainesville
Need more?

It depends on if you were born in Oxford and raised in Mississippi.

UF on paper is obviously the better program. Is it the better program for Hugh? Probably not. Multiple people now saying he signed a new deal with ole miss we will see.

Florida is the second-best job in the conference to Alabama. He's staying at Ole Miss though. If Freeze and his family were from Arkansas, Indiana or some other place, he would be gone in a heartbeat for UF.

With Florida, if you don't win the SEC in 4 years, you're toast.

The question should be which one is better for Hugh Freeze?
