Agree to disagree, sir. Like the old saying, be care of what you wish for...

See, I prefer that. We are all fans who want what we see best for Georgia. We all love the program. In these discussions, sometimes it gets heated and I need to do a better job of iterating that I don't discredit all of the fans who defend richt not do I hate richt as a man. I get heated, as we all do, but What I hate most is that I think we have a ceiling right now. And that ceiling is too low in an wnvironment where our competition sees the sky as the limit.

And I also totally understand your point. It's a huge risk. What some of us want could set Georgia back for years. We could experience some rough times. The thing is, I want Georgia to at least try. I want Georgia to show it wants to be the best. I'm not paid the big bucks to make the decisions and as much as Peter buck will clamor for it I won't pretend I know what's happening behind closed doors. But I want Georgia to not be so risk averse and avoid change solely because it could fail. We probably will fail but the key is to keep battering yourself against the ceiling until you finally break through. Not sit there and just hope the wall falls down unexpectedly.

Ultimately, yea, I'm critical of richt and I'll always be. That's who I am. Only coach I don't constantly shite on is Gus Bradley. But I'll admit that I think this isn't the time to fire Richt. Nor is it required. But they have to continue to make changes like they did this past offseason and Pruitt, with his attitude, must remain. I don't want richt fired but I want pressure to be continually applied.

What I don't understand is why can fans not be critical of the head coach? It's okay for fans to be pissed off after a loss and it's okay to want more for their program. I don't want Richt fired but I also don't want to see our program/fans become bigger fans of Richt than they are the program itself. Our problem this year was a lack of depth on defense, a mediocre QB at best, our star RB being out most of the season, and a lack of playmakers at the WR position. I wanna see how these next few years shake out but Richt knows he better at least play for a NC and win SEC title. Our expectations for this year weren't that high to begin with right? But that doesn't mean we shouldn't expect the best for the team we love
