RGC is just a title. It means you design the running plays. It's often given to OL coaches because they usually create the blocking schemes. Jeff Grimes at LSU has the exact same title for instance. We probably added it for Christensen because we need to pay him more than our last OL coach.
I'm not saying McKinney is staying (I actually don't think he is after signing day), but I don't think DC's title has anything to do with it.

So... Mike Smith to coach WRs and RBs? Or... Banks to coach ST and RBs?

I know. I just had 2 separate thoughts. I wasn't trying to connect them.
