Mizzou fans keep touting their stats against SEC competition...

The combined conference record of Mizzou's SEC opponents is 20-33.
The combined record of Arkansas' SEC opponents is 32-18.
It really doesn't make sense to limit stats to SEC play when they've played such a weak conference schedule.

Well that's because Arkansas' opponents get to pass that stat by getting that easy Arkansas win.

Just like the East gets to pad their stats with Vandy and Kentucky.

You could have saved yourself the trouble and just listed the East versus West record. That's what you're measuring.
In conference play, the conference will go:
Drumroll
.500

No, I'm talking about comparing Missouri and Arkansas using stats from SEC play only. The two teams have played wildly different schedules, so limiting stat collection to conference games is meaningless.

Well we have two common opponents.
You could analyze that.
But all you did was compare our in-conference opponents to your in-conference opponents records. The only difference between the West and the East being at .500 is West versus East games.

That's true also. Meaning we have a tougher schedule. What exactly are you arguing about?

He's just a troll. Your post is pretty damning and all he can do is reply with gibberish.

Did you just compare your team to Vandy?

Yeah totally. We are just like Vanderbilt.

I hope ya'll beat Mizzou so bad they quit football. I just couldn't help talking a little shite.

Damning?
WTF are you talking about? None of this means much. This game will feature two good defenses and two limited offenses. The team that makes the fewest mistakes will likely win.

It really doesn't make sense to limit stats to SEC play when they've played such a weak conference schedule.
Probably because it doesn't make sense to compare our OOC schedule to your OOC. Ours was much more difficult (according to Sagarin ratings).
ARKY - Nicholls State (243), Texas Tech (67), Northern Illinois (80), UAB (102).
MIZ - South Dakota State (69), Toledo (74), UCF (53), and Indiana (91).
But I can see why you'd want to add the stats from a 73-7 beat down of the 10th weakest team in the country to your stats.
And it's worth pointing out those conference records you mentioned would look a bit different if you get rid of the 7 losses and 1 win Missouri dished out to its conference opponents versus the 5 wins and 2 losses Arkansas gave to its opponents.
Oh, and Arky is 0-2 against common opponents whereas Missouri is 1-1.

I know you're a dumbass, but if you can't admit that the OP makes a good point then you're more of a dumbass than I thought

So, Missouri will lose because Arkansas lost to better teams than Missouri beat.
Got it.

Lol. Two Arkies who don't get math. Shocking.

Except we're only on a 1 year conference skid, not the nearly 2 year one you all just had. It's close though.
