A Duke loss last night sends GT to the little league world series, aka ACC Championship.
Assuming we win out, including SECCG, who do you want to win, Tech or FSU?

Are you touched in the head? I'd pull for the team bus to careen off a cliff on the way to the game. That way their fans are already at the game so they've wasted their whole day too.

If we beat tech and they beat FSU we have a strong case as being acc champs if we make it to the SECC and win

ech. I hate FSU/Jamies/Jimbo. Ok. Maybe not hate, but I don't like them. I hate Miami and Notre Dame.

If things fall in to place and tech beating fsu gets us in the top 4, then tech.

This is why I posed the question. Am frankly surprised to see as many Tech responses as I have.
FWIW, guys, if we beat Tech and make it to the SECCG, we'll know before the ACCCG whether or not we're still in playoff contention. SEC is late afternoon and ACC is at night. In the unfortunate event that we lose to the West, we at least won't have to worry about pulling for the nerds.
That's if it even came to that. A lot could change over the next 2 weeks. There might be enough shakeup above us that we get into the top 4 with a FSU win over Tech...but right here and now, look at how many of us here are actually pulling for Tech to win

the good thing is that who we as fans pull for doesn't make a lick of difference in what happens. So I will continue to not pull for tech.

ETA: At some point your desire for UGA to win championships outweighs your hatred for a rival. If you want a rival to lose more than you want your own team to win the SEC, then something is wrong.

I am, but tennessee isn't our most hated and bitter rival so I don't see the comparison.
Also, it is a black and white fact that if tennessee wins we are in the SECCG. Saying we'll make the playoffs if tech wins is pure speculation. The only and I mean ONLY way I would pull for tech is if it was 100% guaranteed that them beating FSU would get us in teh playoffs. That scenario has not presented itself yet, so I will not pull for them.
