I have never been carded in College Station but lately I have been having trouble in Nashville. If it was the guy in the black shirt, that guy is trouble.
Glad you got through it chilled out. As for Cocks, age probably has something to do with it. Under 30 and guys can still act like grade schoolers. Once you get past 30 and folks usually grow up. Course, with women it is always the great way to play one for the other.

(Yes, I do realize that this would be a significant limitation for you.)
Don't mind hank, he has that "old man yelling at you to get off his lawn" charm
Students ARE NOT exempt from the requirement that they obtain a Texas drivers license within 90 days of establishing residency in the State. Rule 15.1(2)
As a student, however, she IS exempt from the requirement that she register her vehicle here and obtain Texas plates. Rule 15.54(2)(A)(v)

There are exemptions for students old man. Otherwise "out of state tuition" would be illegal

Texas law requires you to update your address within 30 days of moving (in response to Dr RC, a man who has moved from one Texas town to another Texas town).

Shane, the 30-day window applies to Texans who move from one place in Texas to another place in Texas. "Out of state" issue have no relevance whatsoever. I provided a link to relevant provisions of the Administrative Code.
Possibly you clicked the wrong Reply button or something similar. If so, please be aware that the law on "tuition" issues is not remotely related to the law on "drivers license" issues. Your "point" is somewhat analogous to arguing that a resident-alien should be allowed to vote in the US, because the law DOES allow him to live here.

TA13, the charming GarnetWay experienced a problem and seemed to be perplexed as to why it happened. I expressed sympathy and told her why the problem arose and how to resolve it. She asked a follow-up question, which I also answered for her.
For unknown reasons, little Nguyening felt the need to need to disparage me and to post inaccurate advice to this nice young lady ... advice that could easily lead to her receiving a citation in the future.
Nguyening is an ignorant little prick with an likely IQ in the double-digits, and I told him so. I have zero respect for him, and I have zero desire to be his "friend."
The same is true of Teddie "WBS" Bundy.
You sometimes show signs of intelligence, so I am trying harder to play nice with you.

There are good people here. People with whom I enjoy interacting. A handful of loudmouth children does not change that fact.
You will notice that I NEVER fire the first shot.

I thought that this Board was called the "Texas A&M Team Forum." You can find a link to the "Rant" Board on the top-left of your screen.
Spur clarified the distinction several weeks ago. Apparently, Nguyening and little Teddie did not get the message.
