I disagree. Maddow comes off as being exceedingly arrogant and condescending. The dozen or so times I've listened to her show, she doesn't seem to put forth information as much as she engages in petty name calling or other blather. Maybe I've just caught her at bad times.

I really do like beck though. And also enjoy Michael Berry. A lot.

I admit, they can't uphold the standards of journalistic integrity that CNN and MSNBC have established.

Out of all of the major national media outlets, we have ONE that admittedly leans right

And that ONE outlet is lambasted - liberals cannot stand competition

MSBC is WAY farther left than Fox is right

ABC, NBC, CBS - all lean as far left as Fox does right, so does CNN

The NYT is a propaganda machine for the left, as is the lion's share of print media

WSJ & Forbes are also right leaning

Why is Fox so highly rated?

Because HALF the country is right leaning and they are the ONLY TV outlet for that POV

libs have EVERY OTHER TV outlet, and they whine like little girls...

AND they are STILL trying to pass laws to shut down conservative talk radio

Why do my friends on the left want to silence the opposition?

Nazi much???

I actually enjoy Fox News for the comedic aspect. One of the best things on television is when Hannity has Palin on his show. I miss when he used to have Christipher Hitchens on his show.

Why should we thank democrats for social security in this day and age? I think it should be illegal. I'm a smart, responsible, informed human being and should be allowed to invest my money any way I please and not be subjected to a glorified tax that is severely outdated.

You're an idiot if you think you know how to save your money better than the government. You'd probably just piddle it away on your grandkids and a BMW instead of emptying your accounts to pay for studies on how to give a shrimp the flu.

I wouldn't say that. Maddow and Olberman are the epitome of pretentiousness. They call names and back it up with the same vacuousness as the rest of the talking heads on all channels. Olberman did it loudly and Maddow does it less loudly, but both are highly pompous and condescending. Neither give any reasonable credence to the opposing view point.

democrat politicians (all of them) are taking the blame for Obamas incompetence and inability to lead this nation, particularly in foreign affairs where he is an embarrassment.

Dems in congress are viewed as his henchmen and therefore took it in the anus yesterday.

All MSM in this country sucks. It's certainly not limited to Fox News.

Al-Jazerra English is pretty damn good.

NPR is too if you can sift through the liberal bullshite stories. They have some bias, but they give more actual information than any other mainstream outlet.

It's TV news that has become such a miserable failure, outside of CNBC.
