Nobody. Even if FSU loses the new rankings don't come out until next Tuesday, so they'll be number 2 still.

Louisville will not beat Florida State. Just don't have the talent to stop FSU offense and Louisville offense doesn't have Teddy Bridgewater anymore at QB.
