Does anyone work in, or know of someone that works in,this field? I graduate soon and have the opportunity to land a job in this field. Pay is really good, so I am wondering if there is any catch. Is it a stable field?
Thanks guys

There's a few around here (at least current and former). You should get some decent answers.

It has to be one of the most stable jobs out there, doesn't it? The catch would be -- do you want to funnel some resources down here to Mexico City?
Just kidding, NSA.

The first thing I saw when I walked into Juarez was a pharmacy.
And diddy was pleased.

I have a friend that works for Keystone Staffing Group. She told me to look into the field. I told her I was interested, then she told me to look into getting certified. She gave me this link: LINK /
She told me that once I obtain certification that she will set me up with a few interviews.

Stability depends on the field you're in. My field is relatively stable, but layoffs are happening constantly in many areas. My friend was laid off at the end of last year due to some drugs going off patent, and she had left her previous company a little less than a year earlier because she knew layoffs were about to happen there as well. Also, some are contract jobs, and once the contract is up, you're gone.
I wouldn't want to go into human pharma right now, but that's just me.

Is that sketchy? I mean, I have limited sales experience so it seemed legitimate. She is a trustworthy individual.
Do I not need the certification?

The high end treatments pay very well, the everyday meds are a daily grind

I have owned and operated my own personal training business for about 9 months now. That is about the extent of my real world job knowledge.

My dad has for the last 30 years. He makes pretty good money.

One of the least stable jobs you can have. Even if you make them a lot of money, that's no guarantee they will keep you.

I work in and out of Northwest Georgia primarily, but I hardly ever go to Rome anymore.

My dad worked for the same company for close to 30 years and then one day out of the blue they emailed him and said they had sold his district to another company. Luckily he was able to hold on to his pension.
