13.4.1.1 a-5 PSAs received general correspondence with an address label which causes the envelope to exceed the number of permissible logos. Football staff will not send general correspondence to PSAs receiving an impermissible envelope for two weeks; rules education for football staff concerning general correspondence.

How much money was wasted on rules education, compliance staff reporting back to NCAA, etc.? Probably, several hours and a few thousand dollars over too many logos on an envelope.

The craziest thing about these kind of rules is someone actually had to sit down, think this was a good idea because, probably had to convince themselves too many logos was giving a team an unfair advantage, convince other people it gave a team an unfair advantage, and then pass it into law.
Just think about the amount of people that had to give this the thumb's up.

Every time UT commits a NCAA violation Bammer gets to claim a Natty. For bad ones, we have to vacate one and give it to BAMA. CBJ ought to know better - too much is at stake.

Any governing body gets totally out of control as it grows in size. Probably I should have put this on another board. This crap happens all the time in Governments, Corporations and Administrative bodies down to even Home Owner Associations.
