Has any coach experienced a turn around like Mullen?

Going into last year's Arkansas' game, Mullen was 4-6 and with Prescott injured, staring at a potential 4-8 and a fan base that was quickly turning on him and were preparing for Hud and his hunks. 9 consecutive wins later, and Mullen is #1 and his name is being thrown around all over the country.
Muschamp may be the only one, even if it was in the opposite direction

When Saban lost to Ole Miss in 2001, he was booed off the field. Then, LSU won the next seven games, including a 31-20 SECCG win over No. 2 Tennessee and a Sugar Bowl win, 47-34, over No. 6 Illinois.

Good grief.
Do you think Auburn fans were any less cocky last season?

Auburn fans seem upset about something. Do yall want to talk about it

We had no idea how long it would last this time last year. Just enjoying the ride. Most of us were still stunned when everything fell correctly in December and we made the title game.

Isn't this like his 4th year?
Yeah, I'd say other coaches have had positive turnarounds after that long on the job.

Me thinks someone didn't understand what the good grief was about. Doesn't surprise me.

As good as MISS st has done this year they will be back to middle of the west next year. Mullin struck at the best possible time. Miss st has an extremely experienced team and lsu and bama are in a rebuilding year.

As a lurker and sometimes poster. The MS schools are making this board unbearable to read. This is why yall cant have nice things

Be it noted that you're an awesome lurker too.

well then yes, I can definitively state that other coaches have had a bigger turnaround after 6 years.

Their coach took a team that finished dead last in the SEC to SEC Champions in one year. So yeah, I kinda understand them scoffing at your ridiculous post

I dont understand the issue with this topic. I am looking for similar turnarounds. I didnt even mention how MSU blew Auburn and LSU out.

I didnt ask about a program turn around. I meant a particular coach. There is no doubt that Malzahn led the best program turnaround of all time but he had nothing to do with the 3-9
