What are they? I know he's attached to Sam Pittman, but damn. We can't afford to keep handcuffing our own team like this.

I can't blame Chaney for much this game, but I'm not going to defend him because he has screwed up so much in the past.

Every game we play the 2nd half like we're an air raid team. There's no need for it. A balanced offense does not mean run every play the first half, then pass every play the second half. There was no need to go air raid in the 4th quarter like we did tonight.

He does not know how to manage the offense we want to run. He does not understand that we are a running team and will live and die on the run. While I completely understand we must have SOME passing game to keep teams honest, I also understand that we will NEVER win a game putting the ball in Allen's hands and abandoning the run. Somehow, this obvious truth has been lost on Chaney despite everyone seeing it happen over and over again.
He abandoned the run in the second half @ AU when we were still in the game. He abandoned the run when we had the ball with plenty of time left and down by 1 tonight.
Our defense played a hell of a game tonight and against A&M, but the efforts were a waste due to offense mismanagement by a professional, high paid coach. He needs to go.

All of what you said. It boggles my mind when we abandon the run. I understand when teams stack the box, but after 12 straight pass plays, they're not stacking the box anymore. A delay run will get you 15-20 yards easily after that.

Defense adjust to stop the run and it will take the QB making throws to get them out of that adjustment.
In the 2nd half teams play the run more aggressive but Allen can't make the throws to stop them.
He is a choke artist.
