Dak is absolutely the front runner for Heisman at this point. Gurley is fantastic, and I loathe the day we have to try and stop him, but right now, after beating two teams that were pretty badly overrated, the hype is all Dak.
This game will be Dak's biggest test. If he can keep it close, he'll be an even bigger favorite.

The biggest game in Starkvegas ever. They are going to be flying around to start off. They get a couple of scores in a row and the momentum could sweep Auburn away.
Now if Auburn weathers the early storm it'll flip pressure back on State. The mental attitude matters as much or more than the Xs and Os in this one.

FWIW, I can't think of a group in the SEC I'd trust more to go in there and pull it out than Auburn.

Teams don't execute when they have a bad attitude. Players miss assignments, miss tackles, ect. Momentum and game states are really underrated factors.

A&am scored opening drive of the game. They didn't score again till we were 4 tds up

I have to admit that I'm pretty nervous about the game this weekend.
Any State fan will admit to the same thing.
I think it's going to be interesting to see how the team handles the bright lights. Good leadership on both sides of the ball certainly helps.

Auburn has three guaranteed losses this year.
at MSU
at Georgia
at Bama
That fluke shite from last year will be repaid.
Add to that, Ole Miss will probably beat them, and you are looking at an 8-4 Auburn team playing in the Liberty Bowl. Kansas State was the game keeping you from 7-5.

They got rolled by the momentum, just as I'm suggesting Auburn might.
The adrenaline and energy of the noon kick vs aTm will seem like ambien next to what y'all will feel this Saturday.

I'm not nervous. We are going to beat the brakes off of Auburn.
Children will cry.

Then you're crazy. Never underestimate a damn good football team with a golden horseshoe stuck up its arse.

Their receivers also dropped 16 passes before finally learning to catch late in the 4th quarter.

I'm sure the coaches and players aren't underestimating them.

Probably because they were scared of this lurking behind them....

No need. Kentucky worries me more in two weeks than Auburn does Saturday.

Agreed... For the record I am nervous... at least until we get up by 21 or so.

Agreed. It's true in pretty much every aspect of life. The thing is you can't quantify it and thus is generally overlooked in value.

I've been telling everyone all week. This game won't even be close. That joke of a game I watched them play in Manhattan was plenty enough for me.
College Gameday, CBS game in Starkville. It will be an atmosphere like Alabama faced in Oxford last weekend... except there will be cowbells.
They can throw every stat they want out there. This team is unproven and in for a rude awakening when that veteran bulldog team, led by a heisman candidate takes the field in front of that electric crowd.
Prepare thy anus. Dak is going in dry.

more. two huge wins in a row for that program, can they keep their dicks hard long enough to get a third? doubt it
If it was at Auburn, I would agree. But it's the CBS game of the week and that stadium is gonna be cranked.
