Also check out the Ocean Inn and Suites or St Simons Inn by the Lighthouse.
Both are near the pier. The pier has restaurants, a few stores, entertainment, bike rentals, and a few bars.
You'll have to drive to "the Village" aka The redfern village. It has a good collection of pro dawg bars there.

I'll be sure to take the laptop wherever I stay so I can use all this good info while I'm there. Thanks for all the tips guys!

The village is that area down by the pier. Refern village is just redfern.
