I know Kneehigh was talking to GATA about stuff on his UGA V alter but I dont think Kneehigh is GATA. UGA V definitely is though.

Jeffy...I believe you man..but...I mean..I could discuss Proxies and VPN's but will spare everyone from the boredom...If one is the least bit resourceful...an addy check against an IP will not help..hell....large Universities like UGA use Natting for IP address schemes to the outside world...
besides...I have different IP Addy's for all of my handles...
