Is this a one time deal or they thinking going with this full time?
I would make some smart comment about being the Aggies new big brother, but MSU stomped that out of me.

My understanding is all LSU @ A&M games would be on Thanksgiving.

Rumor I heard is aTm wants Thurs and LSU doesn't -- so it's going to alternate with the Egg every other year(MSU wanting Thurs and OM not).
That said, it's no big majority of MSU people wanting it on Thurs to say the least -- so I wouldn't be surprised to see us back out of that.

I think the egg bowl as long as it is televised makes sense on Thursday
otherwise seems like a pita

I'm pretty sure LSU wants the game on Saturday night when it is in Tiger Stadium. That would be great cause I could make some of those games.

Texas A&M wanted Cinco de Mayo, but they couldn't get the schedule worked out.

105K seats are officially sold out as of this week, so clearly there is demand, even on Thanksgiving night
college football > dinner with the family. get your priorites straight
I think the plan is, for now, for it to be on TG night when played in CS, and on Friday or Saturday when played in BR

Thanksgiving games are a long Aggie tradition. Saturday night in Death Valley is ours. Just a difference of opinion. But hey I'm glad to have y'all in the conference and a rival to boot.

I was fine with Arkansas guess that never took
Thanksgiving was always a non traditional week in my history so Saturday night doesn't mean much for that week to me
