Louisiana Real Estate Commission governs the landlord if they are licensed but the Board will focus on proper notices regarding who gets the deposit, escrow accounts, etc. Ultimately, it is going to be a contractual issue and the Broker makes an interpretation of those contracts. We are a little unique but we have a pediatric practice and our NPs make $50-$55/hr. We also pay them 50% production on well visits after their salary is paid....

I lost my dad when I was 12, at Christmas, in a plane crash. Very tough time. As others stated, it is a blessing to have extended time with a loving father. I wish my kids could’ve met him and they love hearing about him. He was 33 and far too young. I still remember little things about him and see ...
