Any recommendations for Xbox games this year for an 11-year-old boy? He likes cars, planes, fighting games and some RPG‘s.

Louisiana Real Estate Commission governs the landlord if they are licensed but the Board will focus on proper notices regarding who gets the deposit, escrow accounts, etc. Ultimately, it is going to be a contractual issue and the Broker makes an interpretation of those contracts.

If landlord owns the property then it’s civil and no licensing board has jurisdiction.

We are a little unique but we have a pediatric practice and our NPs make $50-$55/hr. We also pay them 50% production on well visits after their salary is paid.

I lost my dad when I was 12, at Christmas, in a plane crash. Very tough time. As others stated, it is a blessing to have extended time with a loving father. I wish my kids could’ve met him and they love hearing about him. He was 33 and far too young. I still remember little things about him and see those things in my children. Gonna hug my kids a little tighter tonight.

All I was saying as well. I believe he heard what he heard and is not trolling. However it still means nothing even if true. It could all change until someone signs.

castorinho is a reliable poster been around a long time. I trust what he says. However, it still means nothing. He could have 100% true info at the moment but it’s always fluid and could change until someone signs.

What are thoughts for new business owners. We recently purchased two pediatric clinics. I have always worried about another shutdown even in the medical field. Do you think new business owners will be excluded in any way?

There was a slight correction in that screenshot as the guidance was for quarter three and not the full year. So it was in line and not a miss. PINS
