It's not consistent throughout the poll, though. LSU, aTm, and UGA at the top? Fine. There is no legitimate reason for USC to be right behind them or for Auburn to be so low.

Read the voter's explanation and then wait until about week 8 or so to worry about his rankings.

USC looked good. Auburn wasn't as good as advertised against an Arkansas team that the consensus is that they are putrid. Some of you confuse your (perhaps even legitimate) disagreement with the argument that his ballot cannot be rationalized or justified. Don't do that. It makes one look stupid.
