Billy Cannon is one of the few athletes from the 1950s who might actually play on LSU's team today. He was like 220 and ran the 100 yards in 9.5 (NOTE: I said 100 yards, not 100 meters -- they did things differently back then).

Cannon was big and fast. He could also play multiple positions. Was actually a great safety, too.
