Well speedy was the only one that we offered. I think having more eyes in the local area makes it easier to pass on character-issue guys.

By that logic, LSU players from the state would never get into trouble.

Because they have something to play for at LSU. Being a SEC doormat aTm isn't great motivation to stay on the field.
