This is almost the exact opposite of any actual scout's opinions on the subject. KM is already ahead of Manziel's freshman (heisman) season from a passing standpoint. He will never be as good of a scrambler, or magician. Just a better QB at this point in his development.
There's a reason KM is a 5* even though he's an inch shorter.
