Every Czar including alternates please list your top 8 by noon Monday.
Alternate ballots will take the place of Czar's who don't check in by the deadline due to flat tire, dog ate homework, etc.
You are free to offer explanation and analysis of your ballot. Or you can just list a top 8.
You can list them in order you'll think they'll finish, you can list them in order of "if the playoff was today".... it doesn't matter. You are a czar and are entitled to your opinion.
You will list a Top 8 because points will be assigned in inverse order. The teams with the most points will comprise the Top 4. Although you will list a Top 8 on your ballot, only the 4 teams with the most points across all ballots will be published as the Dawgrant Final Four.
Do you understand?
Audience Participation:
All members of dawgrant, including Czars, can vote for one czar's ballot to throw away, and one czar's ballot to count double.
This voting will begin at the stroke of Noon Monday the 30th of June, when Czar ballots are due.
This voting will end Monday June 30 at 7pm.
The results will be tally'd and posted by 10pm Monday night by the Chairman, me.
Begin now.
Eta All times eastern , not tiger time.

Thanks, but not for the dry run. Maybe not ever. Brains trained to ignore stickies
Eta, seriously, thanks for the offer, it may become appropriate at some point.

Seems kind of early for Top 8. Just one Czars opinion here.....
Could we maybe do our #25 -#16 picks by your deadline first?...and then you could maybe have another future deadline for #15 - #6.........leading up to a deadline for the Final Czar Top 5?

Jeff, its just a dry run. Put gt #1 and app st #2 etc, none of this is binding, just a process improvement exercise

Tsar
1: Georgia Tech
2: University of Central Florida
3: Louisville
4: Wisconsin
5: Auburn
6: Penn State
7: Texas Christian
8: Arizona State
FSU falls apart with the departure of Pruitt so they don't even make the list.
Auburn has a hangover year and the SEC all beat up on each other so bad no other team makes it.
UCF under George Oleary gets their shite together, learning toughness, even without Bortles, continues to whip this shite out of all their opponents all year long.
Georgia Tech and Paul Johnson finally swept the dried up shite off the the porch and are putting together a team of athletes that will rip the assholes out of every team they face, and ultimately win the national championship.
Arizona State has some running backs and receivers coming in that will play on day one, and easily finish undefeated with some big time playmakers.
Penn State... look what Franklin did at Vandy... his job at Penn St is easier, with shittier competition. No reason to think Penn St won't be a national contender. With Joepa and Sandy out, the program is looking for separation and media will give it to them.
Wisconsin.... Bret Belemia went to Arky, so Wiscy has to be better, right?
TCU will upset the midwest schools when it counts, and dominate that shitty league.
