I'll admit to being biased against UGA, but I'm not that biased. I have as much experience with the fanbase, or more, than the average UGA fan.
I think LSU (wild and loud), Bama (criminally insane) TAMU (frighteningly devoted) and Auburn (family!) would all have good claims. SCAR would too for weathering the terrible years. I think UGA is a great fan base, I just can't think of any superlatives to give them.

I think arguments could definitely be made. I have some serious issues with a lot of our fanbase.
