It's pretty much a known fact that if you are going to win titles it starts with where you land in recruiting rankings.

If I have to prove it to you, I will gladly post material dissecting the amount of success per team given a year to year top 10 recruiting class.

It's not that difficult to understand, really. The coaches just have to put it all together. Obviously Sumlin is the best at that thus far in the SEC, in leading in all l sorts of offensive categories. Don't give a damn if you think it was all Johnny, that's your opinion. Sumlin is the man that gave them the chance and put these coaches in place to succeed far beyond everyone's beliefs.

2012 was decent talent and decent results with the Defense. With good to great talent we are hopeful even a decent coaching effort will pull a pretty good unit together.

The Ags are really starting to blossom and spread their wings. It's great that ya'll finally grew some nutts, cut the cord, and told the shorthorns goodbye. My beloved Hogs came home to the SEC 22 years ago and basically paved the way for aTm's membership into the greatest conference in the land. Yes Aggies, Yall are a weird bunch... but aTm and Arkansas share a kinship in regards to dealing with the lowdown t-sippers for too long...We have a long history together.. I know your membership into the SEC is old news but I just wanted to say that I'm glad TEXAS A$M is here and it feels like reuniting with a long lost cousin. I wish you luck in your quest for an SEC WEST title... It took Arkansas 3 long years to win one

That would be a downgrade for Texas A&M beside our coach is not that fat

We probably won't win one this year, but the year we do, we will probably win it all.

Amen.

Go back to pounding your chest about 2nd/3rd place recruiting championships and Cotton Bowl victories.

Dismiss the Aggies at your own peril. Last time I checked, they were the only SEC team in the hottest state (economically, socially, quality of living in the nation). Over time, they will be a top 5 SEC program, with a Natty every now and then.

ARKY, they will still suck 25 years from now. Only thing they got going is Walmart and Tyson .

A&M has the much stronger program for the forseeable future. There is absolutely no reason why A&M cant compete for as many titles as anyone else in the west.

I dont see how we would have been any better with briles throwing it 50 times a game last year with our WRs dropping every other pass

Especially with collins and Williams in the backfield

Oh wait, there would have been no collins...

Facts?

Not out-recruiting LSU at this point. Not on par with Bama yet either.

Maybe they'll do great but excuse me for waiting to proclaim them anything other than perennial gonna be's. Because that's the same song that's been sung for as long as I can remember
