Cheap shot by UT corner.

I actually disagree. What choice has the NCAA given defensive players but to go low to avoid a possible ejection from the game? I think the UT CB did what he was supposed to do. Keith just unfortunately got injured as a result. Could the UT CB have gone for the waist instead of the knee? Sure, but KM has made better defensive players look silly for doing so. Football is a contact sport and injuries are often a byproduct.

I don't think it was a cheap shot either. KM is about 220 lbs, maybe 225. That corner was 180 max. He's coming up to make a tackle, not only trying to not get kicked out, but also to not bounce off and miss the tackle.

I've been there. I don't blame him for going low. It was just unlucky that Marshall got hurt. It didn't look at all malicious to me.

Way too low for my liking.

Marshall had his back turned receiving a pass and the defender ran thru Marshall right AT the knee.

It's not like Marshall had a head full of steam running straight at the guy. Didn't wrap up either. NO question it was a cheap shot.
