Why can't people see that Saban doesn't need a great qb to win?

I for one am not worried a bit about Coker. Why? Well all Saban will require him to do is not turn the ball over, that is it. He won't be required to throw for 300 yards and 4 touchdowns. Saban won a championship with Matt Mauk, Matt frickin Mauk and he topped that with winning his second title with Greg McElroy. The only concern I think Bama has is the o-line, if that shite isn't straightened out we will be in for a long season, but the qb is not an issue. Never has been and never will be under Saban.

So you're not worried one bit about a guy that was unable to start once in his college career taking reins at Alabama in game one against a very potent WVU air raid offense? An offense Saban is down right terrible with scheming against. It's likely to be a shoot out, and you better prey Coker is up to the task.

No. He has all the weapons at the skill positions to be successful. If the O-line can block, just give it to Smaugh or fumbles and fumbles

Potent air raid

Tell me how a potent air raid has as bad of a losing season as they did last year.

This is my biggest fear. I thought last year's couldn't get any worse but I have a feeling that we are in for some huge let downs this year. Its going to be saaaaaaaaaaaaaaacktastic

When are y'all going to make up your minds if your QBs are good or not? I mean, seriously. Anytime there is a question at QB, y'alls past QB's turn into average game managers. But when y'all are comparing stats with other QBs in the league, y'all are the first to call them great....

Theres winning, and theres winning the title. No one is saying you won't win a good amount of games. I'd be shocked if you didn't.

Was the WVU QB protected by future 1st rounders on the Oline and RB positions?
