I assume Prattville is in Alabama ?
He's homesick for Alabama, yet he lives in Mississippi?
I thought "home" was going to be some place of considerable distance, like maybe California or Colorado.
For a projected starter, that is kinda odd.

Yeah I don't get how you get homesick for Alabama while living in Mississippi. They are the same damn thing.

A suburb of Montgomery and only about a 45 minute drive down the interstate to Auburn.
