We send 18 years olds overseas to die in the name of "freedom" when it hasn't been threatened in decades but people of the same age can't drink alcohol? Give me a fricking break.

Right... but he wasn't arrested for underage drinking (which I'm sure would be tacked on later)... he was arrested for public intoxication. He was passed out in a flower bed in front of a restaurant. He could be fifty and should be arrested for that.
