Mullen announces today that Ed Orgeron will be the guest speaker at the MSU coaches clinic. How awesome?

Not sure how it's a troll... Ed O has come a long way and did some great things at SC. Why would OM fans care one way or the other?

No kidding, he was a good recruiter at OM, but to even mention his "coaching" at OM would be a joke, not to mention the guy is speaking at a "coaching" clinic. I think he learned a lot from his time at OM though and wish he would have gotten more time at USC

It's possible but many forget that Tony Hughes (MSU's current recruiting coord and Safety coach) was on his staff at OM.
Slight hijack but I think Coach O cost himself a job the way he left USCw. He should have been offended and pissed at being passed over but he should have stuck it out. He showed that he learned from his OM experience and was so much more polished at USCw and then Ogre gonna Ogre happened.
