Who else is tired of everything SEC being in Atlanta? I mean Atlanta is alright but geez, there are other great cities in the SEC footprint.

It was in Nashville last year and NOLA the year before

Atlanta is the best place for hosting events. Nashville is a good place too.

I heard there was a bat signal for LSU fans in this thread...
...and you're preaching to the choir. A lot of great cities in the SEC that need to be utilized more. NOLA, Houston, Dallas, St. Louis, Kansas City, Orlando...list goes on.

Just rotate everything between New Orleans, Atlanta, and Nashville.

Everything but football.

The attendance at the SEC tourney here was atrocious

Not me. I think it's perfect.

I forgot Memphis. That'd be a great option as well.

I don't think these cities, in particular Atlanta, would agree to this. They had the ACC tournament in Atlanta a few years ago and damn near every game was packed.

Can't really have it in St. Louis, since they host the Big XII tournement.

The reason for ATlanta is because there are so many alumni of all the SEC schools in the area, you are almost guaranteed good attendance. Just not too many schools in the SEC are going to travel well with Bball. I do wish they would seel by game and not session though because it sucks to have UK people buy up all the tickets for the session inly to leave it empty for the next game.

It isn't an option due to the deal FedEx and Memphis St. have for use of the arena.

Good enough for the NCAA tournament, but not for the SEC apparently Probably gonna be watching Florida there in 2 weeks.
I'm fine with Nashville though. Great city.
