Back then you guys were saying Barret Trotter was pushing Cam for the starting position I think the success he brought to the plains has some of you a little delusional.
Not gonna argue that Williams has loads of potential, but remember the law of physics, and Williams ability to run routes will be severely hampered with the weight of you guys hanging from his sack

Sheit ! I thought we were talking about #1 JC players with phenomenal potential transferring to Auburn and being successful as hell.
I would hardly call being excited about Williams ability "hanging from his sack", especially when he's part of this offense. You don't seem to realize that running the read option 80% of the time really isn't Gus Malzahn's forte. If the roles were reversed you would be giddy as a schoolgirl. Oh........ that's right, you guys never get excited about a recruit.

Wrong. That's what the coaches were saying, not "we" during spring practice. You obviously have no understanding of bringing in a new quarterback and throwing him in the number one spot without disrupting things. It was obvious, to me at least, that he was the best option during the spring game and if I remember correctly, he was named the starter just a few days after the spring ballgame

quote:Your whole argument about Dhaquille Williams is retarded considering Auburn returns many more key players than Alabama does this year. If you think Alabama will be better, you have to take into account recruiting rankings and the potential those players have even though they are unproven at the college level
