If they find out something and they reverse his heisman from last year what do they do with it.
do they give it to the player that came in second?

I think Florida State's return had to do with them paying players . They've recruited so well and so consistently well, that's the only thing that make sense. Doubt anything comes of it though.

I should reword to say that he's still recognized as the Heisman winner from 1968 whereas Bush isn't from 2005.
