Well, I both own my own business and also participate on the benefits committee of the main company I work for (about 400 employees). The implementation of Obamacare is a personal area of research and interest to me and I consider myself to be a lot more knowledgeable than the average person and in fact, more knowledgeable than the average HR person. I would be exceptionally surprised if your HR person knows more about Obamacare than I do.
If your HR rep is telling you that absolutely no changes are on the way... then sorry, they are an idiot. You are blindly putting your faith and trust in someone with a limited view or grasp of the situation. Insurance mandates and legal requirements are simply beyond that person's control. You may not be affected NOW, but if so, it's only a matter of time.
But in any case, good luck. Rock on.

Neocons are advocates of big government cronyism/corporatism which makes them even worse than full blown liberals IMO because they get elected under the guise of being Republican when really they go against traditional republican values every chance they get. At least you can see and smell the full blown liberals a mile away, the Neocons sneak up from behind and frick you in the arse.

You mean this SAT and GPA? The one that was proven to be a complete and total hoax?

Anyhow, while you're at it, how about President Obama's SAT and college GPA? They were great, right? I mean, aren't the released to the public like Bush's records?

Not really a group, just my scenario. And it will probably be impacted, but not much. In a nutshell, I'm covered by 2 policies, one through my employer, and one through my wife's. My wife works for a doctor, who happens to also be our family doctor and a family member. He doesn't charge us a co-pay when we see him, or any other doctor on his staff. I go to the doctor maybe once a year, if even that. My employer has told me he was not cutting health insurance, and my wife's has said the same thing.
