Understandable. But most rape victims months later don't hop on TV to deny it happened. If anything, they tend to do everything they can to separate themselves from what happened and have a tendency to disconnect all together.

Because if she truly believes she wasn't raped, then she shouldn't have sit idly by while the lives of others were dramatically affected by it.

I don't think she really remembers what happened. I think it is possible she saying she wasn't raped because she wants the matter dropped. She never came out with a strong stance because her knowledge of the night was embarrassingly lacking.
