He has said its about both issues....now maybe the player safety issue is somewhat b.s. but its reasoable that the D should have a chance to get its personel on the field. The HUNH has the ability to freeze the D...all Saban is saying is that there should be a reasonable (10 seconds) window to check in his personel....again, why is he wrong?

That's BS. Auburn had zero trouble substituting against HUNH teams. It's all about coaches being ready, and having their players ready, to sub in and out.

Tell me something: Why do HUNH seem to have no problem substituting and staying with the pace of other HUNH teams? This isn't to say all these defenses of said teams are good but that they aren't getting caught presnap looking lost.

It's a simple matter of scheme and understanding. If you don't understand the HUNH (and Saban very clearly doesn't) it's hard to play defense against it.
