Well I recently applied to the MAIA program at the Bush School and I made it to the interview process that will be held as a part of a 2 day conference at the end of February. So I have a couple of questions.
The 2 days of the conference are pretty much filled with scheduled events but I'll be arriving in College Station the day before so just wanted to see if there is anything I should see or visit while I get the chance? (besides the Bush School obviously since that's where I'll be for most of my time there)
Also, has anyone here been a part of a graduate school interview process before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There are a lot of things on campus worth a look. The tribute to the CMH winners and Bush Library to name two.

Bonfire memorial is very cool to see if you can get over there.

Best of luck. I did the bush school maia program awhile back. Fun two years and I learned a hell of a lot!

Good luck! I went to Bush School for undergrad. It's kinda far from the rest of campus, but the GOOD thing about that is you can always park your own car out there. When he was in better health years sgo, George Bush himself used to fish the pond back behind the buildings there and would shake your hand and talk to you with genuine enthusiasm if you went out there and walked up to him. I'd just walk through campus if I were you and had some spare time. Go from the medal of honor presentation in the MSC and make your way on a loopy path North and then get a drink on NG. I did a similar self-guided tour ending in a bar in Columbia, Missouri and had a surprisingly good time killing time that way.
