Oh heck yes it was.

At one point I seriously thought half our team was going to be suspended for the following game.

Weird situation...

Could be retained with 7-8 wins and a good looking O.

Could be fired with 8-9 wins and a shite looking O.

Everything revolves around the perception of the program after next year. Not necessarily the W/L's.

Honest question, and it's really not aimed at you -- why are Florida fans so obsessed with offense kicking the shite out of people? Did the days of the Fun 'N Gun and the spread option sour Florida fans on defensive-minded football? All I ever heard/saw in 2012 while Florida was winning was "yeah, but it's boring!"

Had we continued winning with the pro-style the noise would have been less.

But, yes, UF fans are accomstomed to a more aggressive offensive approach.

The Fun and Gun did spoil us. It was a thing of beauty at the time.

I like the run game when it's working( LSU 2012).

Muschamp will be fired if doesn't win at least 8. The good about next season is we have an excellent defense and everyone we play is starting fresh at QB( sans Thompson at USCe). Our QB isn't great( over even borderline good imo) but it's nice to have a guy that's been there before.

People forget that we didn't have a Spring game because half the OL was injured. WR's last year looked a lot better under Joker. With some half decent QB play we could be good. Matt Jones should actually be healthy, and Taylor had better be getting more snaps. The only questions on O that I have( besides philosophy/execution) is how are we going to block, and who the frick is going to be our TE option by August, because we don't have one currently.

With the DL and corners coming this defense will be amazing again next year. LB is a slight question mark though. It's amazing how hard this defense fought in the Miami, LSU( up until the 4th quarter), and USC games only to be let down by an amazingly shitastic offense.

Can Kyle Christy get his head out of his arse?
And who the frick is going to be kicking next year?

And personally I'm optimistic about next year. Because either Muschamp gets his shite( and the team) straight, or someone will be coming in with a team stacked with talent.

Question for Florida fans.

Fun fact: Georgia Southern had more players unable to play due to injury than UF. Sorry to rub it in, but for that game, the injury excuse only makes it worse.

We're not used to playing a GA school that knows how to win titles and big games.

Dunno...UF is in Gainesville.

IS Muschamps seat actually that hot?

It is amongst the mentally deprived fans that don't understand the ramifications of serious injuries that we endured. Easy to forget the 11-1 season the year before? Boom did not forget how to coach in one year. Fans are just pizzed because they want aerial circus and would rather see us throw the ball 55 times a game.

2014 will be a reminder that Boom knows how to coach and we will crush some teams. 10-2 is my prediction as long as our OL doesn't get injury prone.

Our new OC Roper will be have us offensively sound and Driskel will prosper....book it.
