I would think Godwin would be in the 4.4 range for 40 times.

I thought so too. I know he's quick as frick and maybe that's what separates him from the rest. Must not be a burner.

4.6 is actually better than what Godwin had run at these combine events in the past. He's quicker than he is fast.
No real reason for concern. That's really about an average NFL combine time for a WR.
Preston Williams also ran a 4.6, for reference. Donte Jackson ran a 4.47 and he's run the 100m in like 10.2
