So wait....what's the issue? That he ISN'T transferring?

And he would have no suit for the same reasons CJP wouldn't. He isn't as well known, but within the local/regional area, he would be considered a public figure/personality. Once you're (semi-)famous, the ability to sue for things like this is crippled severely.

You don't need to lecture me on communications law... I had plenty of that at UGA.

CPJ can't sue because there's no one to sue.

Kamara has someone to sue... ABC News.

... if it's not true, that is...

And I'm talking about SUSPENSION not transfer.

The transfer part is common sense, he's 10th in line at running back there. That's not part of the discussion.

It's all this "team cancer" bullshite and his alleged behavior problems, that no one apparently heard anything about until he asked to transfer..
