That's a definite recruiting advantage and one the NCAA won't be able to touch. Interested to see how this plays out.

The NCAA will touch it when they don't allow MS schools to participate in post-season play.

We already know how it plays out when a state law contradicts NCAA policy. Ask South Carolina what happened when they did not remove what the NCAA considered a confederate symbol from their state flag.
