I'm talking more about support staff, S&C, and facilities. We have one person on the recruiting staff while Bama had 5-10. We have 3-5 on the S&C while Bama has 10-20 plus Cochran is considered the best and our guys, who I respect, has a PE degree.

I am hoping Smart would help change the program's demeanor and methods and that'd be big in the negotiations. A promise for an IPF, assistants, etc like Franklin asked for when he became Vandy HC. Do that while offering ungodly cash and a promise to be our HC in the next few years

POJ I agree with you, but I don't think that's an issue of not wanting to spend the money. I think it's an issue of being to ignorant, too unwilling to change, too old, too complacent, a variety of other issues you can think of for us justifying why it isn't necessary...but I don't think it's because we don't want to spend on it.
