This is why I wanted Alabama to win

1. I wanted Bob Stoops to yet again eat his words and look like a fool. Finebaum taking his place wasn't quite as satisfying. He was too good of a sport about it, and I was kind of mad that ESPN did that to him. I don't remember any other time an ESPN analyst was called out for a terrible prediction. Lou Holtz predicted Notre Dame to win the national championship before the year they went on to win 2 games. He picked them to beat Alabama last year in the national championship game. Nothing of that nature is done for him and they continue to act like his predictions carry any weight and are void of Notre Dame bias.
2. I knew that if Bama lost this game that everyone was so sure they'd win, the floodgates from tiger rant would be opened, thus igniting a massive flamefest. Bama fans retaliate towards LSU fans. A&M and Arkansas fans hop on the back of Bama whenever possible to flame LSU.
The rant turns into a war when Bama loses, and results in copious amounts of mad to be shared by all.

This board sucks no matter who wins or loses. Its the Paul Finebaum of the message board world. Let idiots be idiots and they will love you for it.

i can say this with 100% honesty i don't like either you or bama. i like to see the mighty (even if mighty is just in their head as it is often) fall. sue me.

Why any LSU, Auburn, A&M, Arkansas, Ole Miss or Miss. St. fan would pull for Alabama last night blows my mind.

1. Alabama has a team good enough to get to a championship if everything goes right for them.
2. They get beat.
3. Every other fan base acts like their team won a NC.
4. We do it all again next year.
Thank fricking goodness these past few years Alabama has won it more times than not. I know we are cocky and smug or whatever but tons of that is just people being tired of the team winning.

Jesus. Just like an LSU fan to make everything about YOU. Narcissistic much?
I hop on the back of any SEC team, including yours, playing against an out of conference team, although a lot of you make it very difficult for me to pull for.
