They edit, which would not be as bad if they were at least funny.

To be fair, a lot of TexAgs' staff edits actually are pretty funny.

I called out Clay Travis on there one time and you would think I farted on the Pope. They do not understand that Clay was using them for the hits and to sow the seed for Bama hate. They hear what they want to hear instead of what they should hear.

Meh, I think you might have missed a little of the dynamic when it comes to Travis and TexAgs. He was one of the few non-Aggie voices in our corner for the SEC move from jump street (and before JFF made it big). He was also not afraid to call out t.u. repeatedly for their foibles.

Group think issues aside, there's legitimate reason for TexAgs to like Clay. And that reason has nothing to do with Bama hate one way or the other.

TAMU had friends long before Clay got involved. He is no Chimp Brown, but he saw a marketing opportunity in conference realignment and ran with it. He went to Vandy for law school - as did Skip Bayless - and is a new era of law dogs posing as sports journalist (like Matt Jones at UK) instead of old school sports guys.

Which he knew would get him hits from both tu and TAMU on his site. Slamming tu has gotten him some of the highest ratings on his site and he parlayed that to a better financial deal for himself. He slams Alabama and Kentucky all the time because they both have gotten the best of the Vols in their respective sports.

I have read Clay from pretty much the beginning and he was better before he started pimping for hits. Now he is trying to become the next Paul Feinbaum only the Vols are his homer point. When TAMU starts beating up on the Vols watch how quickly he shifts from puffing TAMU to slamming them. Clay can be entertaining, just don't remain blind to his true motives.
