Objectively speaking about SEC coaches

and recruiting.
If I were a SEC caliber recruit and had my choice of who I wanted to play for Hugh Freeze would be the last resort choice.
I can think of positives for playing for every other SEC coach, I come up empty with him. Stoops is tough too.
Freeze seems like a nice dude but I am truly baffled that young (mostly black) kids want to play for him. And Oxford blows by any measure so it can't be that.
And I know there will be shots at Bielema in response but at least he has a tremendous history of turning guys into draft picks.

I can see the hook within the hook.
Good sail for the Moostaters.

Oxford has been pretty cool in my experience.

Yet he's getting ready to have the best recruiting class UK has ever seen and had a great recruiting class last season.
He's pretty personable, has a young staff, knows what areas to dip into (i.e. Ohio), and built the defense that Auburn will play in the BCSCG.

Reading between the lines I am guessing Arky fans already having buyers remorse over BB?

Petrino, Malzahn, and Freeze are the best coaches to coach in the state of Arkansas in the last three years IMO.

No, 2B's will get it done and I'll enjoy every I told you so just like Petrino's days.
The thread was about choosing a coach in the conference to play for. As dorky as Gus is he at least runs a high powered offense that wins, there are no redeeming qualities for Freezus unless you want a daily bible verse.

Don't worry we can gift you a couple more like Skipper and Kirkland this year too
